First State Super partnered with Deloitte Digital from strategy to execution to deliver a digital transformation that shifted market perception of the brand and reinvented the member experience.
Leading with a digital service design strategy, the launch of a new public website was the super fund’s first step towards a digital-first, self-service member engagement model.
Guiding the design process was a creative and strategic mandate to make super active, actionable and achievable. Every element of the interface, creative and content design adhered to a strategic set of principles that would encourage members to take action with their financial future.
First State Super’s member-centric, content-led website launched with highly positive feedback from members and internal stakeholders.
